Hi, I'm Natalie.

I'm a mortgage broker, and I live right here in Sandpoint, Idaho. I started Northwest Mortgage Nerds because buying a home shouldn't feel like a mystery. I'll be honest, I'm a little nerdy about loan programs and rate sheets, so you don't have to be.

As a broker, I don't work for one bank. I shop over a hundred lenders to find the loan that fits you, whether you're buying your first home, moving up, building out in the country, or refinancing. You get straight answers, plain-English explanations, and someone who actually picks up the phone.

I've been in real estate for over fifteen years, working in just about every corner of the industry before earning my mortgage loan originator license in 2016. That background means I understand the whole process, not just the loan.

When I'm not comparing loan options, you'll find me playing outside (usually by the lake) with my husband, our sons, and our dog. I love helping neighbors put down roots in Idaho, Washington and Montana.
